From Spain Asturias to Italy Pozzuoli : Torrijas

Dear students from Italy, 

It is so difficult for us to choose one recipe so we have written two recipes and you choose the one you want. 

The first recipe is "frixuelos" (similar to a pancake but thinner). They are typical from our region (Asturias) and you can eat them sprinkled with sugar or cinnamon or even filled with cream.

The second one is "torrijas", an easy and cheap recipe. Normally, we eat them at Easter but as they are delicious, we eat them along the year.
