From Spain to Türkiye : Brazo de Gitano

For the cake:


  • a package of biscuits (about 400grs)

  • Milk (300ml)

  • Shredded Coconut (for decoration)

  • Toasted almonds (for decoration)


For buttercream:


  • Butter or margarine (225 grs)

  • Sugar (about 9 tablespoons)

  • Two egg yolks


When you finish the cake, keep it in the fridge about five hours, so it firms up and the flavours settle.
