Italian Cuisine: From Pizza to Tiramisù

Our most famous dishes are, of course, pasta and pizza — and among desserts, the delicious tiramisù. 🍝🍕🍰

The most popular type of pizza is Margherita, because in Italy we have wonderful cheeses like mozzarella, a fresh cheese, and we use a lot of basil — both on pizza and pasta. 🌿

We also use a lot of tomatoes and tomato sauce, which are very typical in Italian cooking, especially for pizza and pasta. 🍅The pasta you can see also includes shrimps, because my city is by the sea and rich in seafood. 🦐🌊As for the dessert, the main ingredients of tiramisù are mascarpone, coffee, and cocoa. ☕🍫
