Sandwich with Spring Cottage Cheese
Ingredients:
500 g white curd cheese (farmer’s cheese / quark)
cream or yogurt (to taste)
1 bunch of chives
1 bunch of radishes
1 clove of garlic
salt
black pepper
baguette
Instructions:
Put white cottage cheese into a bowl
Mash the white cheese with a fork.
Chop the radishes.
Chop the chives.
Add the radishes and chives to the cheese.
Add some cream or yogurt and mix until creamy.
Add crushed garlic, salt, and black pepper to taste.
Spread the mixture on slices of baguette and serve.
