Traditional Dishes from Turkey

Together with our students, we chose traditional dishes to represent Turkish culture. Adana Kebab, Sarma, and İçli Köfte are specialties from the city where I was born and raised. Each of them can be considered a true work of art, and we explained why we selected these dishes as part of sharing our culture 🙂
