Traditional Greek Healthy Recipe : Dakos

Ingredients:
Barley rusks
Tomatoes
Feta cheese
Olive oil
Oregano
Salt
Steps:
Sprinkle a little water on the barley rusks to soften them.
Grate or chop the tomatoes.
Put the tomatoes on top of the rusks.
Add crumbled feta cheese.
Pour olive oil on top.
Add oregano and a little salt.
Enjoy your healthy Greek dakos!
