From Italy Pozzuoli to Spain Asturias : Chocolate Salami

Ingredients:
•8 eggs (yolks)
•16 tablespoons of sugar
•400 grams of butter
•200 grams of dark chocolate in powder 🍫
•400 grams of dry biscuits
•cherry candies or powdered sugar for decoration
You also need a tablespoon, a mixer or a whip, a rolling pin, a plate and an oven paper.
Instructions:
1) Firstly, divide the yolks from the eggwhite. You don’t need the eggwhite.
2) Then, add the sugar and the yolks into a bowl and mix everything with a whip until it becomes foamy.
3) Then, add the butter and mix.
4) Now, add the chocolate powder little by little and mix.
5) Then, chop the biscuits with a rolling pin and add them into the bowl. Then, mix
6) Cover a plate with an oven paper on a plate, put the dough on it and give it a salami shape
7) Put the dough into the fridge for at least one hour. Then decorate it and eat it.
