From Türkiye to France : Cezerye

No-Bake Turkish Carrot Bars (Cezerye)
Ingredients (makes 10–12 bars)
2 medium carrots, grated
1 cup rolled oats or finely crushed biscuits
1/2 cup chopped walnuts or hazelnuts
3–4 tablespoons honey
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons desiccated coconut (for mixture and topping)
Instructions
Place the grated carrots in a large bowl.
Add the oats/biscuits, chopped nuts, cinnamon, and 2 tablespoons of coconut. Mix well.
Pour in the honey and knead the mixture until it sticks together.
Line a tray with parchment paper and spread the mixture evenly. Press it down firmly with a spatula.
Sprinkle extra coconut on top.
Refrigerate for 15–20 minutes to firm up.
Cut into bars or slices and serve.
