Spanish Cuisine: Our National Specialties

Before elaborating our logo, we have done a brainstorm about our national dishes. They wrote their ideas on the whiteboard and after that, they have chosen 3 main dishes. 


  • Fabada: is a stew made with beans, potatoes and pork meat (chorizo, ham, etc). It's an Asturian typical dish for cold days in winter.

  • Spanish omelette: it's their favourite spanish dish. It is made of potatoes, eggs, salt and olive oil. Some people cook it with onion and other people prefer it without onion. What do you prefer? It's up to you! 

  • Croquettes: they are made with a bechamel dough and small pieces of ham. You can choose another food to fill them but the typical one is with ham. Croquettes are coated in batter.
